After a server rebuild we have a problem with every policies monthly job 
firing every night for no apparent reason.  The job ran to completion on 
the first of the month but for some reason it is trying to run again.  The 
policies are not set to retry after runday and I can find no other reason 
for the job to run every night.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
