NIC teaming is notoriously problematic for NetBackup.
Make sure that the NIC and NIC teaming drivers are up
to date and running the latest version. Especially the
teaming drivers, assuming you are going to continue to
use the teaming. There were problems in older NIC
teaming drivers that caused communication breaks that
did not affect most programs but in the middle of a
backup stream is very, very problematic. If you aren't
going to team than I expect you will find your 41
errors will go away.
