I can help with the first pair of messages.

This issue occurs because the Background Intelligence Transfer Service 
(BITS) locks these files. As a result, NetBackup cannot copy them. BITS 
is a component of the Microsoft Software Update Services (MSUS).

A generally accepted workaround is to add the pair of files to either 
Windows or NetBackup's list of files to be excluded from backup.
