We're running Netbackup 4.5 fp 6 on Microsoft.  We perform full backups
weekly and incrementals nightly.  We have 1 server that appears to be
skipping files on an incremental schedule even though the file has changed
and is not in the client exclude list.  Has anyone experienced this?
