For Windows, I believe there is an ACSLS client component that you need to
install.

I'm trying to get my windows media servers working, but it doesn't
seem that they can find any way to control our ACS robot. This is our
first windows media server - everything else is Unix and just works.
An attempt at robtest on the windows system is what told me that
libacs.dll wasn't found.

Any suggestions on what I'm missing?
