You need import all medias who contain the image backup in the
alternate master server. The NetBackup adminsitrator guide has the
procedure.

How do I restore media from a different Master server? Our legal dept has
requested our Exchange tapes from our remote sites and will be requesting
the data restored to our restore exchange server. Do I have to import the
tapes or should I build a master server in the lab with the same name? I
have access to the images on the CA master server; can I copy that data
over? I am on Win 2k3 NBU 4.5fp8.
