[Veritas-bu] duplication vs multiple copies

v5.X of NB allows inline-tape-copy native to the base application. It's no
longer part of vault. For versions before 5.x, ITC is part of Vault.

Don't you have to have a Vault license to perform an inline tape
duplication?
