Hi,

It depends on the way you backed up your Oracle DB.
If you performed an offline backup, you can use the GUI to restore your data
and other Oracle files.
If you used RMAN to backup your DB, you have to use RMAN to restore it.

Hi all, i need to peform a restore using a GUI under Veritas NetBackup 
Datacenter 5.1 for Solaris. Is it possible? Someone told me that it's 
possible only using RMAN. Is it true?
