Good morning!

I am having some trouble with a tape that I need to get into my library,
and I was wondering if anyone knew of a way around this. The tape that I
need to bring into the library had been placed in the Standalone media
group. It shows that it's not in the library. So I placed it in the
library by hand and reinventoried the robot. It showed up in the inventory
as being in the robot, so that's a check. However, when I look at the
robot, TLD(0), the media ID doesn't show up. It still shows up in
Standalone, and as not being in the library. I have tried a couple of times
to "move" this media ID into the robot group TLD(0), and the settings all
look right. I get the following error repeatedly: Operation in progress:
Could not change media ID: robot host and volume group mismatch (82). Could
not validate or update volume by barcode, invalid robot type (12).
Operation complete.

I'm concerned, because there are 430 tapes in this area that I may need
to bring in and out of the library, and I can't seem to find a way to do
that. Anyone run into this before and have any advice for me?

Thanks much!

Jennifer
