Got only one reply kindly telling me to read the sysadmin guide (SAG).
Actually I had done that before I asked the list. But the chapter in the
SAG describing how to use RE to exclude files/directories just gives
some simple examples and is not very helpful.
I have to add the following RE's to the exclude_list file to make the
exclude thing work:
/lotus/nbtest/[A-Z][A-Z][A-Z][A-Z][0-9][0-9][0-9]
/lotus/nbtest/[A-Z][A-Z][A-Z][A-Z][0-9][0-9][0-9][a-zA-Z]
I'd be interested to know if you have a better way to do this.
