Does anyone do NDMP 3 way backups where the NDMP host (the one attached to the 
tape drive) and the 3-way client are in different buildings but at least have 
gig links between them? 

I assume that the 3 way data travels over the LAN to get to the NDMP host 
before getting to the tape drive via fabric, but I wasn't sure.

Any tips would be great. :-) I didn't find much detail in the 4.5 NDMP Sys 
Admin guide...
