What are you looking for?
bplist -l by default prints in regular old file times:
> bplist -b -l -R /etc/passwd
-r--r--r-- root sys 694 Oct 01 17:32 /etc/passwd
-r--r--r-- root sys 694 Sep 24 19:36 /etc/passwd
-r--r--r-- root sys 694 Sep 24 17:31 /etc/passwd
-r--r--r-- root sys 694 Sep 21 00:33 /etc/passwd
-r--r--r-- root sys 694 Sep 17 17:37 /etc/passwd
-r--r--r-- root sys 694 Sep 09 12:55 /etc/passwd
-r--r--r-- root sys 694 Sep 03 17:39 /etc/passwd
"-l" long format, "-b" backup time (as opposed to file's mtime).
Do you need the year, too? It's implied as being this year since it's not
supplied (unix default)
Can you be a bit more specific?
-M

Subject: [Veritas-bu] bplist column headers
Hi All,
I need to generate a report listing all of the backed-up versions of a
particular file from a particular client. I can do it from the GUI, but
screenprints aren't acceptable to the auditing types asking for the info.
I've noodled around with the bplist command, read the manpage, and searched
the list archives but didn't see anything that was applicable. The bplist
-l command line report generates what I think I need, but I can't find any
reference to what each column represents.
Anybody tackled this? If not, anybody know of an easy way to change UNIX
epoch timestamps into excel date formats?
Thanks in advance.
