I had the same problem with the libobk loading on Tru64 a couple 
of weeks ago -- the odd part was that it worked on all but one of
the systems in my environment. We copied the ORACLE_HOME and binaries
etc. from a working system and it was fine -- the problem was somewhere
in the oracle stuff on that one box and had absolutely nothing to 
do with NBU or the platform.

Of course, metalink was useless on this.
