I have recently debugged this same issue with Veritas.  The resolution
was to make sure the st.conf file had the proper entry codes for LTO G2
drives (variable length write vs. fixed length write) and rebooted the
media server with -r and this fixed the problem.=20

replaced drives, firmware, switches etc. What else can we look at, that
