What's the MAX JOBS PER CLIENT set to globally? Can't remember if that
setting goes for both backup and restore...(memory is fading...)

The resulting observations=20
3 restores are started locally, on this V class, one right after another
(the 3 restores are running simultaneously on this box). The 3 tapes
are mounted, positioned, and the restores start. Whichever restore to
start first will run successfully, the other two fail with an error code
of 5. These separate restores may be attempting to write to the same
filesystem/directory simultaneously. Methinks that would be the problem.
