Just create the following file
/usr/openv/netbackup/NET_BUFFER_SZ with 262144 in it.
Should create it on the Master Server, Media Servers
and Clients. The value should be the same on all
machines.

Can try 131072 to see if performance is better. The
default is 65536 (which is 64K).
