Install another copy of Windows to the boot volume. Start it, log in as=20=
Administrator.
Start->run->regedt32
navigate to HK_LOCAL_MACHINE
Registry(?)->Load Hive, select \WINNT\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM from your=20=
original OS installation. give it an arbitrary key name
navigate to [arbitrary]\System\MountedDevices, locate C:
copy the contents of the string value for C: to O:
delete key C:
navigate back up to the imported hive root
Registry->Unload Hive
restart in the original OS.
make sure that the proper OS is default in System Properties
