Im attempting to install a Win2K Media Server. The
install goes through without an error. If I select to
add more license keys, it shows no licnse keys
installed. Not even the one that I used to install it
as a media server. Attempting to add licenses fails. 

THe only thing that I see is an error in Windows
Application log that occurs during the install.
"Cannot open registry key
(Software\Veritas\NetBackup\CurrentVersion\Paths".

If I edit the registry, the registry keys
in(Software\Veritas\NetBackup\CurrentVersion\Paths
exist.

Anyone have any idea what would cause this?
