I have 3 schedules per policy using calendar under 4.5.  There is a 
known bug with calendar.  That is if your time schedule overlaps the 24 
hour clock it will perform 2 backups in one evening because 23:59:00 is 
one day and 00:01:00 (one minute after midnight) is another day.  I had 
the same problem...2 backups in one evening.  When I changed the "window 
of opportunity" to not extend past 23:30:00 the problem was resolved.
