Hi,

No, each media-server have it own cartridges, except if you have issue
"bpmedia -movedb", that's why you have to backup each mediadb database =
on
each media-server.

Do a bpmedialist to be sure.

Yes, that is normal. Use a different rention period if you don't want =
it to
use the same tape or create a separet Volume Pool/ TWu
