[Veritas-bu] Windows2003 Server Problem

I have started having problems backing up a Windows2003 Server.The
failure is intermittent on different volumes being backed up.All i have
noticed is that "Reporting queued error: faulting application
bpbkar32.exe, version 4.5.0.2770, faulting module ntdll.dll, version
5.2.3790.0, fault address 0x00007a6f."

The error contained in the event viewer goes away after a reinstall of
the backup software but resurfaces after a few day's,
