Rusty,

Your right.

My 4.5 was business server. So maybe it wasn't a feature of 4.5BS or i 
didn't type in all my license keys. When i made the jump to 5.0GA i made 
sure i had all the proper license keys typed in.

None the less it became an issue for me.
