we have had similar issues, and the only fix is to reboot once it
happens. There is no way to get rid of the "Phantom" drives once they
have been created. A couple options are; Don't use ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES,
specify the real drive letters explicitly, or turn off VSP altogether.
It is my understanding that VSP was changed substantially in FP6 so that
extra logical drives are no longer used for the backups, however I don't
know exactly how it IS handled now. We just did our upgrade to FP6
today, so I don't know how it performs yet.
