Hi All
Today I got the confirmation from Veritas for this bug.
see the bug describtion below:

This problem only occured with multiple data streams enabled but
there are 2 issues.
1) when merging the STREAMS.alt file into the STREAMS file, the dump
level of the last backup was over written. This cause incrementals to
repeatedly use dump level 1 instead of incrementing each time.
2) if there was no previous full backup, the incremental backup=20
dumplevel did not initialize correctly.
------------------------------------------
So it is imposible to run differential NDMP backups with multiple data
streams allowed in the policy.
The bug is not reported on seer.support.veritas.com !!!
It is supposed to be fixed in FP7 - due 13 / 7 / 2004.
