I've got a tape with half a backup in - the second half. I don't have the
catalog, so phase 1 importing gives me a catalog header that starts at
fragment 80.... so can I spoof the catalog into thinking frags 1..79 are
somewhere else ? I really need to get the files off the second half of the
backup.

Alternatively I could use tar, but its got multiplexing, so finding the
fragments may be a challenge.

Anyone any tools/tips ? Its NBU 4.5fp6.
