I am a freshman at the aspect of pre_sale .obtain my customers requirement 
related backup nt server on a daily and exchange server incrementally,and all 
data must be restored in twelve hours. what sla should be used ?general use lab 
systems¡¢production systems or desktop unix workstation ?what is sla?I am 
puzzled....

Any ideas be greatly appreciated.
