[Veritas-bu] Manully tell Netbackup a tape is offsite

For whatever reason, Netbackup is reporting (vmquery -m tapeid) a tape
that went offsite in yesterdays rotation as being in the library.  How
can I manually tell netbackup that this is now offsite?
