You can use bpgp to transfer file to both Unix and Windows clients.

Unix:
bpgp to <destination host> <full path of file> <full path of destination>

Windows:
Same format but use the Unix style directory listing.  For example, if your
target host was windows you would list the target directory as /c/tmp, or
something similar.
