[Veritas-bu] Backup job eating tapes

I have a filer (though I don't think it's an NDMP specific issue) that
eats tape during it's backup job; 50 tapes in 60 minutes.

It will write less 10mb in many cases and move on to the next, in each
case marking the tape FULL.

Anyone seen this or know of a bug I'm missing?
