The only challenge you will face is

1. if it has expired some time ago
2. the original backup you are attempting to recover spanned multiple
tapes 3. the spanned tapes also expired and have been reused the import
will not be able to find the balance of the fragments during phase II
import.

Example: Backup Image needed to recover spanned A00000, A00001, A00002

All of the images on A00002 have expired along with the one you want to
recover. However one of your backup policies ran and requested a mount
of A00002 and a new backup image has now been written. This will
basically make the recovery of this particular image impossible.

Do a manual import of the tapes, no matter if the work expired some time

ago, you will be able to restore from it without a problem, counting you

have all the streams on the tapes.
