FP3 is also a GA release, for Vault and VSP (The old OTM)  Once you go to FP5 
the Vault problems go away, never did try the VSP again, scared to.

Be carefull - you will need to go to FP3 before you go to any other FP
package(at least it used to be) and FP3 will only be available from your sales
rep at no charge.  Again, I am going by 3 month old info, it may have changed
since.
