[Veritas-bu] unable to unfreeze media in NB4.5 Solaris

I get a lot of frozen tapes with size bytes size. and when I try to
unfreeze it by using
bpexpdate -ev B03639 -d 0 
Are you SURE you want to delete B03639 y/n (n)? y
requested media id was not found in NB media database and/or MM volume
database

I get the above eror message. 
how to fix this am loosing lot of tapes like this.
 
AIT3 tapes in spectralogic library
 
any help is highly appreciated.
