If you are current in your support, you call the licensing division of
Veritas and open a new case with them, and within 3 weeks (!!) they will
send you a media kit and license keys.  At least that's the theory of how it
works.  The reality is you will need to call back several times, get sent
the wrong licenses, call back, sit in queue, exchange tons of email...  And
you still will have the wrong licenses 6 months later.

But maybe that's just what happens if you're me...

How does one get current license strings from an instance of NBU 3.2
running on a 
Solaris server?   The instance has one master license and captures data
from a remote Network Appliance Filer licensed for NDMP.

I want to upgrade the instance from 3.2 to 3.4 then to 4.5 so DAR can be
implemented.
