On the media serve my client_read and client_connect are set as follows:

CLIENT_READ_TIMEOUT = 21600

CLIENT_CONNECT_TIMEOUT = 5400

Is this a problem?

Hello Randy

The database extension gets the value from the media server.

I think you should try to put
CLIENT_READ_TIMEOUT = 1800 (30 min) in bp.conf

you may also want to use
CLIENT_CONNECT_TIMEOUT = 1800

if you have a windows media server it is in registry
under ../Netbackup/currentversion/config
If I remember correctly these values should be of the type dword

Regards
Michael
