I was told my account rep that FP5 supports storage level backup and FP7 
(?!?!?) will support mailbox level backup. and Yes BNU 5.0 will have full 
support for Exchange 2003...
Go figure THAT!

I am using ntbackup to backup my exchange 2003 to a flat file and then putting 
on tape, extra step for restore, BUT works 100%.
