found that using master server storage unit allows backup to run so this
problem is media manager related.  this server has a storage unit setup
where it will take temporary ownership of the drives. I have a server= entry
in master bp.conf for this server.  verified that this server has corrected
mappings to tape drives in its tpconfig setup.  still needing help =).
