I've just installed Vault 4.5 and during the eject process, Vault ejected
the tapes to an STK cap with one slot.  Where do I tell Vault to eject to
another cap with 40 slots?  My STK caps are 


0 0 0 available 1 online automatic 40
0 0 1 available 5 online automatic 40
0 0 2 available 0 online automatic 1

and the eject it is going to the cap with a priority of zero, which it
shouldn't be.
