[Veritas-bu] NetBackup client binaries mysteriously deleted |

I have seen 2 occasions when a windows directory was "emptied" by
some windows function. First in win 95 and then again in Win2000.
Both of those occasions was accross a reboot, and both times the directories
were on the path list.
