Hello.

Try tuning down the NIC and the switch you are on to 100Full Dup; patch
up with the 
latest drivers and update any firmware as necessary.

See if 100/FD gives you stability.  I had a similar problem.

Hi all,
Anyone using the Dell PowerEdge 4600 as a NetBackup media server and
configured using network teaming(BroadCom NICs)? We are having issue
where the server cease the network connection and lockup the servers.
Anyone know a fix for this?
