You may try these hiding commands to verify all the tape devices
mappings. Try to upgrade to NBU 4.5, it will definitely help with
mapping.

%install%/volmgr/bin/tpautoconf -show These command will show the
tape devices throught the tape library or robot not from windows.

%install%/volmgr/bin/tpconfig -d will show you all tape mapping
configuration.
