[Veritas-bu] Vault Setup

We have Vault setup in our environment, but have not implemented yet.
We are now getting requests from Application teams to do offsite rotations of 
some of their backups.

I would like to get some input from any of you that are already using Netbackup 
Vault on a daily basis.
Here is a scenario I would like help with.

An application being backed up has a 3-year retention requirement.
I have a Policy setup to have 2 copies of the backup created whenever it is run.

How do I proceed from here? Suggestions/Recommendations are appreciated.
