I have similar problems with my STK L40. It happens both with jobs that
stop running (like duplications that someone does a process kill on) and if
the drive goes down due to a tape error. I have to physically go in and
remove the tape from the drive. Resetting via Netbackup does not work.
Trying to move it via robtest fails as well.
