I've been in the process of coming up to speed on NBU 4.5.  In the 
process I was playing with the expiration date on tapes.  I expired a 
tape and would now like to get NBU to allow use of that tape again.  
The tape shows up in the GUI as available, but when I try and send a 
backup to it, I get an error saying that no tape is allocatable.  Is 
there a way to delete and readd the tape to the media database?
