Thanks to Rockey Reed for a smilar answer.

I dont think this will work in my environment - currently for my weekly bac=
kups, the frequency is set to every 8 hours (size of backup window) - The r=
eason I did not set it to 1 week is that if the backup starts one minute to=
the end of the backup window, it could potentially miss the next window as=
one week away is one minute to the end of the backup windows the following=
 week.
=20
I would appreciate any thoughts on best practice. I have 4 Hourly, Daily, W=
eekly (and soon to be, if we can get it working Monthly) backups with three=
pools - Application, Database and System (for each type of backup). Do peo=
ple create lots of classes for each filesystem mount or do you group schedu=
les (i.e daily) together?
=20
Thanks,
Timothy

Add another entry to your schedule tab called something like
fullmonthly a=
nd make it identical to your fullweekly except for the retention period and=
backup frequency If the times are the same the NBU scheduler will decide w=
hich to run based on the frequency specified.=20
