I was looking things up on their site yesterday and ran into this white paper. 
There is an error with the tsm function that I   found in a quick scan, but it 
looks like a good starting point.

Does anyone have a "cookbook" method of setting up a windows client to mount
netapps volumes and backing them up.  There seems to be some questions on
how to set up the windows nt client so that the volumes are seen when nobody
is logged in.
