Im quite new to veritas NB. We have version 4.5 with MP5.

The server is running on a Solaris 8 box with a compaq MSL5026 containing 2
SDLT1 drives. Im using the exchange agent. There is a 2nd NIC (100Mb/s) in
each machine with server and client configured to use this for backups
(this is working). 

Backup speed for the databases goes well at about 8MB/s, probably hitting
the limit of the network. The backup time for the mailboxes is very slow,
about 1MB/s when the exchange server is not busy and about 0.5MB/s when
during the day. How can this be improved?  The exchange server has about
50GB of data.
