[Veritas-bu] Media server giving 52 error

I am running NBU 4.5GA on Win2k.  I have a media server that refuses to
use its tape drive.  It reports "52 error timed out waiting for media
manager to mount volume".  How do I manage this problem?  The drive is a
standalone dlt7000.
