[Veritas-bu] Error 219 with NetApp filer tape drive for NDMP backup

This may be out in left field, but it has happened here.

Check that the ndmp feature is configured on the filer. "ndmpd status" on
the filer.

If not this, tell us a little more. What is the software level of netbackup?
Is your robot attached to the filer or to the netbackup server?
