Environment:  NetBackup 4.5 MP 2.  Master/Media server on Solaris 8.  SAP
agent.  STK9940 tape drives.

I am trying to restore an SAP database that was backed up using 4 streams
going to 2 tape drives (STK9940).  On a restore, I get the following error
during some of the data files that it is trying to restore.

What is causing this error?  I know it is not the tape as I've tried
restoring other data files on different tape and also getting the same
error.  Yet, for other data files, they restore okay, even on the same tape.
