It looks like the robot expected to find a tape in a drive but then did not
find it.  Start by testing to make sure that what NetBackup thinks is drive
1, is also what the robot thinks is drive 1.  For this you'll want to play
with the robtest tool in /usr/openv/volmgr/bin
2.  You could also try to run the tpautoconf tool to see if that will
re-arrange your drive assignments to what it thinks is the reality inside
the robot.

I am assuming that the drives themselves are working fine, something you can
test by shutting NetBackup down, manually loading each with a tape and using
the standard Unix commands to manipulate the drives (mt, dd, tar, etc.)
